Tennessee sits on some of the busiest freight corridors in the country, with I-40 crossing the state from Memphis to Knoxville and I-24, I-65, I-75 and I-81 feeding it. We install GPS trackers, dash cameras and telematics for Tennessee fleets with our crews and our partner installer network, on site wherever the vehicles are based.
Each part of Tennessee runs a different kind of fleet, and the install plan changes with it.
In Memphis, the challenge is timing. Distribution fleets cannot park trucks for a day, so installs are scheduled at terminals between runs or overnight. In Nashville, contractor fleets are spread across job sites, so we install at the shop early or late in the day. In East Tennessee, mountain roads and rural routes have dead spots, so we choose devices that store data when they lose signal and send it when they reconnect, and we mount antennas for the best possible reception.
For Memphis distribution fleets, it is trailer and tractor location in crowded yards and drop lots, with dwell time at each dock. For Nashville contractors, it is knowing which crew is at which job, proof of arrival for customers and fewer personal miles on company trucks. For utility and public works fleets in East Tennessee, it is finding the closest truck during an outage and keeping an accurate record of hours on equipment.
Dash cameras help all of them. Road facing video protects drivers when another motorist causes a crash, and AI cameras that flag following distance and phone use give safety managers something to coach with, rather than waiting for a claim.
Memphis, Nashville, Knoxville, Chattanooga, Clarksville, Murfreesboro, Franklin, Jackson, Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol and the towns between them. If your fleet is based somewhere else in Tennessee, call or text and we will tell you how we can cover it.
We install every major brand, including Geotab, Samsara, Motive, Verizon Connect, Azuga and Zonar, and we offer equipment along with the installation. See all installation services.
We come to the vehicles. Most installs happen at the customer's yard, terminal, job site or shop, after hours or between shifts if that keeps trucks on the road. Each vehicle is metered and tested before it goes back into service, and old devices from a previous provider are removed along with their wiring. Fleets of any size are welcome, from one pickup to a full rollout across several locations in the state. Rules on tracking employees and mounting cameras differ by state, so see our GPS tracking laws by state page and confirm your policy before the install.
We cover eight states: Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Alabama, Florida and Mississippi. See our service areas for cities and coverage.
Need heavy duty trackers for your equipment? Every brand below makes them, so pick yours and we install it on your machines.
