Azuga supplies the hardware and the platform. We make the install: wire checks, camera aiming, portal confirmation and a handover for every vehicle.
Azuga supplies the platform and the hardware. API Signal makes the install. An install is where a tracker either becomes part of the vehicle or becomes something that gets pulled out later. This page explains how we run one.
That list is the whole reason the API Signal sign-off is Constant. Ignition. Ground. It is short on purpose, and every item on it is something that can be proven on the spot instead of assumed.
| Job | Why it needs a person |
|---|---|
| Hardwired tracker | Three wires, and one wrong tap can give you bad trip data. |
| Camera install | Both lenses have to be aimed on live view and the button tested before the camera is mounted. |
| Heavy truck | The cable, the port and the voltage all have to match. |
| A whole fleet | One written standard, so vehicle 40 matches vehicle 1. |
| A tracker that stopped reporting | Power, sky or registration. We check all three. |
We will not tell you Azuga is the answer before we know your vehicles. We will not guess at a wire. We will not sign off an install until the vehicle has reported in the portal. And before you sign with any platform, we will point you to the plan, the renewal date and the support path, so you know exactly what you are getting.
We are an independent installer. We install Azuga and many other platforms. If you sign with Azuga through us, we may receive a referral fee.

Tell us how many vehicles and what they are. We'll quote the installation.
