Plan terms, trial, cost, ELD, heavy trucks and self-install, answered from Azuga's own pages.
These answers come from Azuga's own pages, with the source and date on the details.
Plan terms are set by Azuga and can change, so ask your Azuga representative for the current term, the renewal date and the notice period, and keep the answer in writing. That is a good habit with any platform.
Trial and promotion offers depend on your fleet size and on what Azuga is running that month. Ask Azuga what applies to you.
The standard tracker is an OBD-II plug-in, and Azuga says it takes about 20 seconds. Azuga also offers hardwired trackers and publishes install guides for them. A plug-in is simple when the port is open and powered. Hardwired units, camera aiming and heavy trucks are where an installer helps.
Azuga sells JBus cables for trucks with 6 and 9 pin diagnostic ports, which suggests support exists. No source we found states that the standard device works on Class 8 trucks, so confirm the exact device and adapter with Azuga. Azuga's hardwire guide also limits installs to 24 V or less.
ELD is a paid add-on, not part of the base plans. We could not find the price or the exact current hardware. See the ELD page.
Azuga's pricing page lists the SafetyCam AI add-on at $41.99 per vehicle per month on the cards and $49.99 in the headline. We show it as about $42 to $50 and suggest you confirm the number the day you sign.
Azuga does not publish device prices on its pricing pages. Ask Azuga what hardware is included with your plan.
Replacement, return and plan change terms are set by Azuga and can change. Ask your Azuga representative for the current terms and keep the answer in writing.
Yes. The Azuga Fleet app is included with every subscription and has admin and driver views.
Azuga says support is limited. If a hybrid has no usable OBD-II port, the device can be wired to the battery.
Azuga says it flags tampering and recommends hiding the tracker in a hard-to-reach spot. A hardwired unit is harder to remove than a plug-in.
Yes. Azuga says the tracker must be 4G LTE to pair, and a product code starting DCM970 is compatible.
Azuga's marketing starts at 5 vehicles, and its site draws the small business line at under 100. Whether it sells to a one to four vehicle fleet directly is not verified.
Every Azuga device has its own page, and every device with documented lights has a technical page with an animated light guide. Start at the products page and pick the device you own.
