What the TTU-2830's two lights mean, how a normal install checks out, and how its harness, inputs and accessories are wired.
The TTU-2830 has two LEDs. The orange light reports the cellular connection and the green light reports GPS. Solid orange and solid green together is the ideal state. Blinking means the unit is still searching or not fully registered. Tap any pattern to watch it and hear what it means, or play a normal power-up.
🔇 The TTU-2830 has no beeps of its own. Watch the two lights.
Easy way to remember it: orange is the phone, green is the satellites, and both solid is done. An optional driver buzzer can be added for driver alerts.

Each button plays the pattern on the drawing above, says out loud what it means, and tells you what to do.

Inputs. Input 1 turns on when the blue wire is grounded and off when the circuit opens. A door switch that closes when the door shuts reports door closed as input on.
Starter disable. Cut at the ignition switch: key side to the relay's red wire, starter side to its white wire, the relay's orange wire to the unit's green output 0. It blocks the next start only.
Driver ID, buzzer and temperature. The key fob reader's grey wire to the white/blue 1-Bit bus and black to the paired black wire; the buzzer's red to 12 to 24 V and black to the brown output; up to three temperature sensors on the 1-Bit bus, mounted on the trailer wall away from the reefer's airflow.

Not on its own. An optional driver buzzer can be wired to its brown output.
Zonar says it can take up to five minutes. If nothing locks after waiting, reposition the unit.
Input 1 is on when the blue wire is grounded and off when the circuit is open.
