What the LMU-2630's two lights mean, how a normal install checks out, and what every wire in its harness does.
The LMU-2630 has two LEDs. The orange light reports the cellular connection and the green light reports GPS. Solid orange and solid green together is the ideal state. Blinking means the unit is still searching or not fully registered. Tap any pattern to watch it and hear what it means, or play a normal power-up.
🔇 The LMU-2630 has no beeps of its own. Watch the two lights.
Easy way to remember it: orange is the phone, green is the satellites, and both solid is done. An optional driver buzzer can be added for driver alerts.
Tap a light pattern to see it
Each button plays the pattern on the drawing above, says out loud what it means, and tells you what to do.

Starter disable relay. Cut the starter wire at the ignition switch. The key side goes to the relay's red wire, the starter side to its white wire, and the relay's orange switch wire to the unit's green starter disable output. It only blocks the next start and never stops a running engine.
Diagnostics. The OBD-II adapter or the J-Bus JPOD plugs into the AUX 2 port on the harness, and the adapter's white wire joins the white ignition wire reserved from the basic install.
Driver ID and buzzer. The key fob reader's grey wire goes to the white/blue 1-Bit bus and its black to ground, mounted through a 1/2 inch hole on or under the dash. The buzzer takes 12 to 24 V on its red wire and the harness brown output on its black.
Temperature sensors. Up to three on the 1-Bit bus, mounted on the trailer wall halfway between floor and ceiling, away from the refrigeration unit's airflow and never on the floor.

Not on its own. An optional driver buzzer can be wired to its output for driver ID reminders and behavior alerts.
Ideal connection: registered on the cellular network, receiving acknowledgements, and a GPS fix.
Green, which drives the starter disable relay.
