The Zonar DashCam is the AI dash camera on Zonar's own platform, reviewed through the Zonar Coach dashboard. It comes as a forward-facing unit or a road and driver unit, uploads safety events automatically over AT&T 4G LTE, stores up to 70 hours of HD driving footage and works in the U.S. and Canada.
An external camera can be added over USB to record the sides or rear of the vehicle, and every angle plays back together in one view on the dashboard.

Insurance and claims. Zonar's own pitch is faster driver exoneration, lower premiums and lower legal costs through quicker investigations.
Driver coaching. Objective clips of specific habits make coaching conversations about facts rather than opinions.
Yard and job site damage. The external camera records loading dock bumps, yard damage and plowing or sweeping work outside the windshield view.
Zonar sells the DashCam window mount kit, an open-wire power cable, an OBD-II power cable and a Molex power cable for the DF22 and FF22 models, so confirm which cable the job needs before the visit. On an open-wire install, give it a true constant and a true switched source and a solid chassis ground, and keep the camera clear of the driver's view and within the windshield area the vehicle's rules allow. The external camera connects over USB to the DashCam and Zonar calls it an easy self-install, but routing that cable cleanly to the back of a truck is where the time goes.
The Zonar DashCam fits fleets already on Zonar's main platform with V4 units, especially buses and heavy trucks, that want video in the same system. Smaller fleets buying through Zonar's small fleet program will usually be quoted the VidFleet AI Recorder instead. We can supply and install either one.
