We install vehicle GPS tracking, dash cams, backup cameras and telematics on City of Port St. Lucie and St. Lucie County fleets, from Utility Systems vacuum trucks and service vans to police patrol units and county road equipment, working at the Public Works Compound, the Municipal Garage or any utility site.
Port St. Lucie's government is growing as fast as the city. The Florida Office of Economic and Demographic Research puts the population at 260,194 on April 1, 2025, up from 204,851 at the 2020 Census. The city covers more than 120 square miles, and its FY 2025-26 budget plans for 1,539.25 employees, with 65.8 new positions.
Its biggest fleet user is its own utility. Port St. Lucie Utility Systems serves more than 90,000 customers across more than 130 square miles, with more than 300 employees in ten divisions. The city took over the utility in 1994 with about 10,000 sewer customers; on October 1, 2025 it had about 82,855. Every septic to sewer conversion adds pipe, lift stations and work for the trucks that maintain them.
Police come next. The adopted sworn staffing for FY 2025-26 is 356 officers, including 20 new ones, patrolling six districts in three regions. In 2023 alone the department bought 53 vehicles. The budget also plans a Real-Time Public Safety Operations Center, and sets aside $4.2 million in the General Fund for new vehicles, equipment and computer hardware.
Public Works runs from the compound at 450 SW Thornhill Drive and marked 25 years of American Public Works Association accreditation in April 2026. St. Lucie County's Facilities Department runs its own fleet of 300 light vehicles and 101 light trucks and heavy units, with a service garage.
Every major telematics and dash cam platform, installed at the compound, the garage or the utility yard.
GPS fleet tracking on vacuum and jetter trucks, service vans, pickups and patrol units, plus battery trackers on bypass pumps, generators and trailers.
Road-facing and driver-facing AI dash cams, and backup camera installation on utility trucks backing into easements, lift stations and cul-de-sacs.
Samsara, Motive, Geotab, Verizon Connect, Lytx, Netradyne, Zonar and more, with PTO and boom inputs and AVL where you need them.
Because it turns a location into a work record. A tracker shows a vacuum truck parked at an address. A PTO input shows the pump was running there, and for how long. With about 82,855 sewer customers and 12,501 septic tanks still in service, that record helps a utility plan which lines and lift stations need the next visit.
Yes, that is what automatic vehicle location is for. The city's budget plans a Real-Time Public Safety Operations Center. AVL on each patrol unit puts its live position on the center's map. We fit that hardware without touching body-worn video, in-car video or the lighting and siren wiring. The department processed 8,066 body-worn video files in 2023, and that system stays exactly as it is.
By installing before they go into service. With dozens of new police and city vehicles a year, we can work with the Municipal Garage to fit GPS units and dash cams while the upfit is being done, so a car is not pulled back in a month later.
That debris crews and city crews work side by side. Milton caused five deaths in St. Lucie County, with heavy damage in Port St. Lucie and neighborhoods like Spanish Lakes Country Club Village, Lakewood Park and Holiday Pines, and storm debris was collected by a county debris vendor. Live fleet tracking shows the city which of its own trucks are where while that work goes on.

Compound, garage or utility site: we install where the vehicles are serviced or parked.
Per vehicle, by type. Service vans and pickups are quick, vacuum trucks with PTO and boom inputs take longer, and patrol units are priced around their upfit. Send us the counts and the platform.
Yes. We can work alongside the upfitter or the Municipal Garage so the unit goes into service with GPS and AVL already fitted.
Yes. We wire the PTO, and boom position where the body allows, so the platform records when the equipment was running at each site.
Samsara, Motive, Geotab, Verizon Connect, Lytx, Netradyne, Zonar, Azuga and most others. We are an independent Geotab Authorized Installer and install the system the city or county already uses.
