API Signal ("we," "us," or "our") installs GPS, telematics, and vehicle camera systems for commercial fleets and telematics resellers across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect through apisignalcorp.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you type into it. Depending on the form, that may include your name, company name, email address, phone number, city and state, the type of installation you need, and any message you write. Our careers form also collects your work availability, transportation, and experience.
We only ask for what we need to respond to you or evaluate an application. You are never required to give us information to browse the site.
Like most websites, we record basic technical information when you visit: the pages you view, the site or search engine that referred you, your approximate screen size, whether you are on a phone or computer, and the date and time. We use this to understand which pages are useful and which are not.

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party form service. Your submission passes through that service in order to reach our inbox. We use it only to receive enquiries and job applications.
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, schedule work, evaluate a job application, and keep records of the work we have done. If you become a customer, we may contact you about your installation or related service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We share information only where it is necessary to run the business: with our hosting provider, our email provider, our form delivery service, and our analytics provider. We may also disclose information if we are legally required to.
If you are a fleet customer and we are installing hardware supplied by a telematics provider, we may need to confirm vehicle and installation details with that provider to complete the job.
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as we have a working relationship with you, and afterwards for as long as we need them for business and legal reasons. Job applications are kept for a reasonable period after the position is filled. Website analytics records are kept in aggregate.
This site is served over HTTPS, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
