On a 2024 Toyota RAV4, take constant power from the White wire at the white 8-pin ignition switch plug, steering column, pin 7, ignition from the White/Red wire at the white 8-pin ignition switch plug, steering column, pin 8, and ground to clean, bare body metal. Meter every wire first.
