On a 2026 Toyota Highlander, take constant power from the Black wire at the white 30-pin plug A on the ECU behind the glove box, pin 6, ignition from the Tan wire at the white 30-pin plug B on the ECU behind the glove box, pin 24, and ground to the White/Black wire at the white 30-pin plug A on the ECU behind the glove box. Meter every wire first.
