Wiring Database / Nissan / NV200 / 2021
Compact cargo van. Key start.
On a 2021 Nissan NV200, take constant power from the Blue wire at the ignition switch, white 6-pin plug, pin 3, ignition from the Red wire at the ignition switch, white 6-pin plug, pin 1, and ground to clean, bare body metal. Meter every wire first.
Written by API Signal, fleet GPS and camera installers for 35+ years across Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina, installing every major telematics and camera brand. Every wire on this page lists its source.
No wiring information is ever guaranteed. Colors and locations change with trim, options and build date, and the manufacturer can change them in the middle of a model year. We share this as a starting point for installers, and you are responsible for confirming every connection on the truck in front of you.
This page covers the 2021 Nissan NV200 compact cargo van, the last year.
This van has a standard key. We read no Nissan manual for this year, so most colors are carried from 2013 to 2017. The install guides that cover this year confirm the CAN, park light and lock wires. Meter every wire. Our own team has not yet metered these on a 2021 van.
We send fleet installation work to independent installers. One job goes to one installer. Now adding network partners in North Carolina.
Take constant, ignition and ground from the same area.
Steering column, white 6-pin plug. Key start on every year.
White 24-pin plug in the dash harness, pre-wired by Nissan.
Ignition switch colors from a 2013 NV200 wire sheet on the12volt and the telematics plug from Nissan's NV200 body builder guide for 2013 to 2014, carried to 2021. Meter them first.
Each chip shows the main insulation color with its stripe. Sources: Nissan's 2016 NV200 service manual, GM's City Express electrical manual for 2015 to 2017 and a 2013 NV200 wire sheet on the12volt.

None of the manuals is for a 2021 van, so most colors here are carried from 2013 to 2017.
Fuse numbers and ground points from Nissan's NV200 body builder guide for 2013 to 2014, carried to 2021. Check the lid label before you use a slot. The OBD port location comes from a listing that does not name the market, so confirm it on your van.
