Which wires give constant, ignition and ground on a 2010 Lexus ES 350?
On a 2010 Lexus ES 350, take constant power from the Pink wire at the OBD-II port, pin 16, ignition from the Black wire at the white 38-pin plug at the back of the BCM, pin 8, and ground to clean, bare body metal. Meter every wire first.

Where do I get constant, ignition and ground on a 2010 Lexus ES 350?
Constant is at OBD-II pin 16. Ignition is at the back of the body control module.
