A fleet calls us, and we check the job is real before it goes anywhere. Then it lands on your phone with the vehicles, the equipment, the location and the price. You get one hour to accept or pass. Pass, or let the hour run out, and you pay nothing.
Every lead goes to one installer, never to a group of bidders. Each county has one primary installer and up to three backups. The primary gets the first hour, then each backup gets thirty minutes in turn.
Here is what it looks like. A five truck job at one fifty a truck is seven fifty. The lead fee is seventy five, so you keep six seventy five. The customer is yours, and so is the repeat work.
It is fair, and it is in writing. Your first lead is on us. After that, you keep a one hundred fifty dollar balance on account, and each lead fee comes out of it. You bill the customer and keep all of it. There are no monthly fees, bad leads are credited back, and you can leave any time with your unused balance refunded.
