Already have Geotab GO devices, or have them on order? We come to your yard, shop or job site, fit every vehicle, and stay until each device is reporting. You run the fleet. We handle the install.
We are an installation company. We do not sell Geotab devices or subscriptions. Our job is the part that happens at the vehicle: mounting, wiring, securing and proving the device works. Still need hardware? Tell us, and we will point you to a provider we trust.
It depends on the vehicle. Here is how we handle each kind.

The GO device connects at the diagnostic port. We fit it on a T-harness so the unit sits tucked up behind the dash, out of the driver's way, and the port stays open for your mechanic.

Box trucks, buses and tractors use a round heavy-duty diagnostic connector, not the car-style port. We bring the correct 9-pin harness and adapter for each truck so the device reads engine data properly.

No usable diagnostic port? We hardwire the device with a three-wire connection: constant power, ignition and ground. Each wire is tested with a meter before anything is connected.

Driver ID readers, input and output modules and other IOX expansions are wired in, mounted securely and tested together with the GO device before we leave.

Geotab's dash camera mounts to the windshield with adhesive and pairs with the GO device. We prep the glass, place the camera where it sees the road without blocking the driver, and route the cable out of sight.

We do not leave on a guess. Every device is confirmed online by serial number through Geotab's own install check, and you get photos of each install.
Most delays on install day have nothing to do with wiring. They come from a missing key or a truck that is out on a route. A little preparation gets your whole fleet done in one visit.

We install at your yard, shop or job site and work around your routes.
Checked online by serial number, with photos of each install.
A standard GO device on a vehicle that is ready for us usually takes about 25 minutes. With a dash camera added, plan on about 30 minutes per vehicle. Heavy trucks, hardwired installs and IOX add-ons take longer, and we tell you how much longer before we start, not after.
A GO device tells you a lot if you know what to look for. When it is first connected, it beeps six times. With the ignition on, three lights come up: red means it sees the ignition, green means it has a cellular connection, and blue means it has a GPS fix. We wait for all three on every vehicle. Then we enter the serial number into Geotab's online install check to confirm the device is communicating. Only then do we close up the dash and move to the next vehicle.
We are a Geotab certified installer, and we install many other brands as well, including Samsara, Motive, Verizon Connect and Lytx. If your fleet runs a mix of equipment, one call covers all of it.
From a single work truck to a fleet spread over several sites, for private fleets and for city and county vehicles.
We schedule one visit and fit every vehicle while it is parked, from a single work truck to a full yard.
We schedule site by site and install to the same standard at each one, so every branch comes online the same way.
Bigger fleets are scheduled in stages so your vehicles stay on the road. You deal with one contact for the whole job.
